Watercolour Art

     Over the years Janice Kersey has painted a wide variety of subject matter and specializes in watercolours.
     Somewhat removed from the typical genre of watercolour paintings Janice injects life and realism into her works with bright colour and fine brush strokes with acute attention to detail.  Her works include portraits and she has more recently embarked on works of a whimsical nature that fuel the imagination including forest fairies and a mischievous dragon named "Jester".  Relatively new on the art show circuit, Janice has participated in various local shows over the past few years.  She is having so much fun at shows she has purchased her own tent and plans to take her show on the road.
     Janice Kersey is a self taught artist who lives in her home town of Windsor, Ontario, Canada with her husband and two grown daughters.  Janice is a dedicated passionate artist and has been fortunate to turn what was once a hobby into a full time labour of love.
